Community Listening Session, Sunday, July 31

Join Little Peaks on Sunday for a family-friendly community listening session at the Keene Valley Library. At 1:00 on Sunday, Little Peaks Director Reid Jewett Smith will offer a brief presentation on construction updates and project milestones then engage community members - ranging from current and prospective parents, volunteers, trustees, grandparents, teachers, faculty, alumae, and neighbors - in a discussion about Little Peaks programming. Topics include curriculum, calendar, tuition, playgrounds, landscaping, and more! Little Peaks is excited to elicit your input on all aspects of programming for the new center, slated to open Summer 2023.

On site this week, floors are being framed! Later this week, we’ll be able to “tour” the new center’s layout by walking around the sub flooring. By the time we welcome visitors back to to our site on August 16, we’ll be able to get a sense of the space and understand the rhythm of the day at the new Little Peaks.

Please mark your calendars for Wednesday, August 10 at 6:00 pm. On Wednesday the 10th, Reid will be giving a presentation on the Little Peaks Project & Campaign at the Ausable Club Casino.
